Scope

Overarching program management
Draft service specifications and support partial insourcing of labour to support early contract termination with incumbent supplier
Develop operating model with outline budget and service structure
Identify suitable Asset Management software, procure and implement
Support the development and procurement of long term Hard FM service contracts
Review system configuration options through staff engagement session
Software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go live support
