One Consulting Group (OCG) is a family owned Building and project management consultancy, established in 2008.

From our offices in in Hertfordshire and West Sussex we help public sector and not-for-profit organisations across London, the South East, and the East of England to plan, manage and optimise their property estates.

Our team of property consultants offers expertise across building consultancy, estate and facilities management and property systems implementation. We work closely with our clients to deliver practicalflexible solutions the align with organisational priorities and regulatory requirements.
