Vicky joined OCG in September 2023 as a Project Assistant working within the Property and Construction Team.
She is an experienced communications and employee relations professional with a proven history of leading and co-ordinating a variety of projects both individually and working as part of team.
Whilst regularly keeping herself up to date with employment law as well as key changes within Councils and the local government sector . Vicky is a trained Mentor and able to provide all levels of support to her colleagues whilst working on projects.
Having completed her ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading and her CDM Training, Vicky looks forward to leading on a number of internal and external projects.
