Susanna joined OCG in July 2022 after previously working in a variety of operational roles within the private education sector and brings a wide range of project management experience from heading up multisite operations to education management and marketing.
Susanna is client focused who always aims to go above and beyond in what she delivers. She has a collaborative approach to problem solving and believes in team work and working together is key to successful project delivery. Susanna has worked on multiple high value projects, co-ordinating the work of a multidisciplinary design team.
Currently acting as a client-side Project Manager, managing the development process from taking client instructions, developing their requirements, through the design, procurement and construction stages to the final handover and the completion of a project.
Since joining OCG, Susanna has achieved her RICS Construction Project Manager qualification, which has given her a valuable toolkit with a greater understanding of project management within the construction industry.
