Shelly joined OCG in October 2019, working within the Property and Construction team, delivering a variety of construction and condition maintenance projects for clients within the public sector and blue light services. Since joining OCG, Shelly has achieved a Prince2 qualification, which has helped develop her project management skills, she has also completed CDM training and asbestos management and awareness courses. putting training and qualifications into practice for all projects, to ensure all duty holders are carrying out their required roles.
She is an experienced communications professional with a proven history of developing and leading multi-faceted projects and managing high-profile campaigns and is highly skilled in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
