Michelle joined OCG in April 2022 and is the company Operations Manager. Currently managing a team that oversees many aspects of the business from finance to marketing, Michelle is an experienced manager using her proven problem solving and organisational skills to maximise departmental and procedural efficiencies, and lead a team to support the company’s opportunity for growth through the provision of smooth delivery of the finance, quality, people and culture, and administration functions. having previously worked for a global workforce solutions provider to the technology and engineering industry as an Administration and Logistics Manager. 

During her career she worked to successfully build a team responsible for ensuring efficient, on time mobilisation of contractor personnel to project locations across the globe.  Michelle worked closely with clients, international offices, and suppliers to ensure seamless processes were developed and adopted. Responsibility for the company’s global travel and visa contract allowed her to develop key skills and understanding of budget and contract cost management.
