Mark joined OCG in December 2022 and has been working in the construction, property and facilities management industry for 30 years. He has held several leadership positions in both the public and private sector.
Before joining OCG, Mark was the Director of Assets at the London Borough of Sutton, responsible for the Council’s property portfolio covering Estates and Asset Management, Health and Safety, Construction and Project Delivery, Energy and Sustainable Development and Facilities Management Services.
Mark has led a number of major strategic transformation programmes including the way FM and property services are delivered, driving improvements and efficiencies to leading major regeneration and capital delivery schemes. Mark has also delivered on a number of major projects that result in increased income generation and new workplace environments that help staff be agile and flexible, utilising assets more efficiently.
Mark has also been a Non-Executive Director at a number of housing delivery organisations aswell as a School Governor.
Mark is passionate about construction, property and facilities management and believes these services connect us, having a huge impact on the quality of our lives and the environment we live and work.
Mark is the Director of Property, Construction and Facilities Management.
As well as a member of the senior leadership team at OCG, Mark leads the Property and Construction Team who provide property and construction project management services that are tailored to meet our client’s needs.
Mark also provides strategic property and asset advice ranging from operating service models, strategic change programmes and property compliance.
