Lorna joined OCG in January 2024. Prior to joining she ran a successful public sector consultancy service. She has also worked in several local authority roles, including Service Development Project Manager, Development and Commissioning Manager for Adult Social Care, and Head of Capital Construction Services. She has a reputation for delivering results with a customer-focused, evidence-based approach and effective problem-solving. Her main areas of expertise are project management, service improvement and efficiencies, and property and asset management.
Lorna is our Business Development Manager. She is responsible for sales and marketing, as well as R&D and innovation.
