With a strategic and collaborative mindset, Limesh is adept at guiding organisations through complex transformation and change. This typically involves supporting organisations to embrace new ways of working, implementing innovative technologies, and coaching and developing teams.
Limesh’s mantra is always to add value and leave the organisations he works for in a better position than what he found them in. He has a real thirst for learning and has recently become proficient in Power BI reporting and is now developing his knowledge in Microsoft’s new Power Platform
Outside of work, Limesh is an avid cricket fan and has been known to turn his arm on the cricket pitch during the summer months and even hit the odd six! He also enjoys reading and all things relating to health and well-being.
