Jonathan is the founder of OCG, and set up the company as a freelance contractor in May 2008.

The company started to expand and grow in 2018 and now employs 30 staff,  has annual turnover of circa £2.5m and delivers estate & facilities management, construction and IT projects.  

Jonathan’s background is public sector project management, estates transformation and property valuation.  Jonathan started his property career in Central Government with the Valuation Office Agency before moving into local government and delivering a wide range of projects including major construction schemes, large insourcing and outsourcing contracts, service re-organisations and re-structures and the delivery of major software systems. 

As the Managing Director of OCG , Jonathan is responsible for the overall leadership of the company.  The role includes setting the organisational vision, managing the senior leadership team, and working with clients to ensure their project objectives and expectations are met.
