Jodie Joined OCG in April 2023 and brings over 20 years’ experience in senior management roles within public and private sector organisations. This includes local authority roles as Service Director for Inclusive Growth & Procurement, and for Customer & Organisational Development, along with large scale regeneration and economic development schemes whilst at Capita Regional Enterprise.
Her background is in policy and strategy development, service transformation, stakeholder engagement, partnership building and programme management of large-scale complex programmes, with qualifications in Green Book Appraisal for Developing Successful Business Cases and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
Jodie has developed Asset Management, Social Value and Economic Growth Strategies and built partnerships to support their delivery. She has led on town centre regeneration and inward investment programmes, working with developers and council planning and assets teams to unlock key commercial sites and maximise section 106 obligations.
Jodie currently volunteers as an Enterprise Advisor for North Herts College as part of the Hertfordshire Careers Hub.
