Joanne has over 20 years of experience working in a range of client driven, administrative roles for the private and public sector prior to joining OCG in 2018.
Joanne originally took up a role as a Project Administrator but quickly progressed to the role of Business Administration Manager which included implementing HR and Finance systems and processes along with gaining the ISO 9001 accreditation. Joanne is now the ISO and Performance Manager and has gained a further two ISO accreditations the 14001 and 45001 since taking on this role as well as completing training in Power BI to aid the performance reporting.
Joanne has assisted implementing the companies Health & Safety processes and will be working on reducing the companies carbon footprint in line with the government’s target.
