Irina joined OCG in January 2022 and is an experienced Project Assistant working collaboratively providing support to Project Managers in the Property and Construction Team. Irina helps ensure high standards are achieved when delivering projects on time and within budget through ensuring accurate project reporting and monitoring.
after working as Sales & Account Manager in various retail and B2B roles having built a strong foundation and core skills in relationship management, budgeting and working to tight deadlines.
Since joining OCG, Irina has been successful in achieving a Prince2 qualification, which has helped her to improve and develop, project management skills, putting her learning into practice
