Bianca joined OCG as PA to the Directors and to provide HR support, this demanding role has since evolved to enable Bianca to dedicate her time to support the Directors and Operations Manager, along with supporting new members of the Operations Team.
Now as an Executive Assistant, Bianca undertakes a variety of tasks to assist the Directors in their day-to-day duties. Bianca is the companies mental health Champion and passionate about mental well-being, she ensures that there is support for colleagues and that regular conversations take place to maintain a healthy workplace.
Bianca has attended a Mental Health Awareness Training programme gaining certification in this area and has also gained access to the Disability Confident Committed scheme for the company. Bianca has attended various administrative courses and has been involved with networking events run by the Herts Chamber.
