One Consulting Group was formed by Jonathan Arnold following a career which started in central government and continued as a professional contractor delivering Property Asset Management Systems, change programmes and Facilities Management projects to Local Authority clients.  With 20 years public sector experience Jonathan has been responsible for delivering a number of complex projects achieving significant cashable savings and business benefits.

Charlotte Crabbe

Junior Project Manager

Charlotte has 10 years’ experience in the Property sector working in both the public and private sectors. She has worked on a variety of projects, including data and financial analysis and the implementation of property management software for local authorities. Most recently Charlotte has been working for a large property development company on the delivery of a new build commercial property as an Assistant Project Manager. Charlotte joined OCG in April 2019 as a Junior Project Manager and is supporting the delivery of refurbishment projects in South & East London.

Sarah Bohannon

Project Assistance

Sarah has been working as a senior administrator and project assistant for the past 2 years at OCG. With more than 10 years’ experience working in a range of administrative and secretarial roles at private sector firms, Sarah now supports all aspects of the project lifecycle including document development, maintaining project plans, risks and issue logs and dashboard reporting. Sarah has more recently been supporting the development of an options appraisals for the re-use of two major buildings in East London and has been responsible for conducting research and undertaking a demand analysis.

Joanne Nasse

Senior Business Administrator

Joanne has been working as the senior business administrator with OCG for the past year and has had 20 years’ experience working in a range of customer focused, administrative and secretarial roles within the public and private sectors. Joanne’s main role is to support the day to day running of the business and assist with the delivery of projects. buildings in East London and has been responsible for conducting research and undertaking a demand analysis.

Rav Singh


Rav is a professionally trained (MSP) programme manager with extensive experience of multi-faceted transformation programmes in the public sector, including the re-procurement of the FM services contracts at the London Borough of Croydon and transformation programmes at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Newham. His expertise includes programme planning, management reporting to facilitate decision making, and project communications to ensure objectives are delivered successfully.

Teresa Haupfleisch


Teresa is an ICT professional and has spent the last 10 years delivering major ICT implementations in the property industry. Implementations include CAFM systems, Asset Management systems and social care systems for both public and private bodies. Teresa performs all duties in the implementation process including data collection, analysis, cleansing, workshop delivery and user acceptance testing.

Claire Hannan


Claire is a business analyst by background and has more than 15 years’ experience in the Housing and Property sectors including working with major RSL’s, local authorities and private sector clients. Claire is an expert in gathering requirements, holding workshops to priorities needs and analysing information. Claire has more recently completed major reviews of software systems and developed options appraisals as well as service performance reviews for a local authority client.

Lindsay Payton


Lindsay is a Project Manager by background and has more than 20 years’ experience leading key strategic and tactical programmes for a large blue-chip organisation. Lindsay is commercially and financially astute, delivering complex projects and programmes whilst retaining stakeholder relationship management as a core driver of progress. Lindsay has most recently embarked on a formal asset strategy review for a local authority client and the project management of two high profile medium size refurbishment projects.

Nicola Ross


Nicola is a logistics project manager with 20 years’ experience of supporting large and complex relocations and moves in the private and public sector. Nicola’s planning and project management skills ensure effective relocations are delivered that meet the expectations of all stakeholders, and lead to a safe and harmonious work environment. Nicola has more recently been project managing small refurbishments programmes for our local authority clients including a roof recovering project and the construction of a new welfare building. Nicola is able to manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes within time, cost and quality parameters.

Fiona Bowman


Fiona Bowman, Consultant – Fiona has over 20 years’ experience in senior FM Director roles for public and private bodies including Lloyds Bank, London Borough of Croydon and London Borough of Waltham Forest Council. Fiona has led mixed teams through transformation programmes and managed major both Total Facilities Management (TFM) and traditional operational contracts for service delivery.
